Restaurant (Outlet) Manager

The ideal candidate must have vast experience in front and back-office operations. He/she must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and ensure seamless flow of front and back-office operations.
  2. Supervise both front and back-office staff for optimum performance.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Ensure strict compliance with cooking guidelines and techniques.
  5. Handle customers’ feedback and complaints
  6. Enforce personal hygiene and sanitation.
  7. Collate and treat reports from all departments.
  8. Meet and surpass sales targets.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Five (5) years of relevant work experience in a medium to high traffic restaurant.
  2. Adequate knowledge of restaurant’s front and back-office operations.
  3. 35 – 50 years old
  4. HND/BSc with proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  5. Must possess excellent managerial and leadership skills.
  6. Must be highly skilled in restaurant operations and management.
  7. Must be a great team player and possess good leadership skills.
  8. Must have good command of English Language.
  9. Must be available to work any day of the week and be ready to work late-night.
  10. Must have a clean bill of health.

Remuneration:140,000 – ₦180,000
