The ideal candidate must have vast experience in front and back-office operations. He/she must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and ensure seamless flow of front and back-office operations.
- Supervise both front and back-office staff for optimum performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure strict compliance with cooking guidelines and techniques.
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints
- Enforce personal hygiene and sanitation.
- Collate and treat reports from all departments.
- Meet and surpass sales targets.
Minimum requirements:
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience in a medium to high traffic restaurant.
- Adequate knowledge of restaurant’s front and back-office operations.
- 35 – 50 years old
- HND/BSc with proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Must possess excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Must be highly skilled in restaurant operations and management.
- Must be a great team player and possess good leadership skills.
- Must have good command of English Language.
- Must be available to work any day of the week and be ready to work late-night.
- Must have a clean bill of health.
Remuneration: ₦140,000 – ₦180,000
