The ideal candidate must be highly experienced and vast in fast-food restaurant operations. He/she will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and ensure seamless operations. He/she must be a great team player, highly discretional, and possess multi-tasking abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth flow of operation across all outlets.
- Manage staff and their schedules for optimum performance.
- Ensuring compliance with food and work safety protocols.
- Assist and deputise for the Administrative/Human Resources Manager
- Hiring and training of new intakes.
- Manage logistics of goods and products.
- Ensuring efficient facility management
- Ensuring sales target are met and surpassed.
- Render assistance to the Human Resources Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience in restaurant management and operations. Experience in other relevant outfits may be considered.
- Must possess strong leadership and team playing skills.
- Must be discretional and possess multi-tasking, delegating and prioritising abilities.
- Must have adequate knowledge of facility management.
- HND/BSc. in any discipline.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Male preferably, aged 35-50 years.
Remuneration: ₦180,000 – ₦220,000 depending on work experience and skills.
