Floor/Shift Manager

The ideal candidate must be customer-centric. He/she must be a great team player and possess the ability to multi-task.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate front office operations.
  2. Ensure smooth processing of customers’ orders.
  3. Supervise attendants and cleaners for optimum performance.
  4. Tracks products availability and ensures an appealing display.
  5. Enforce front office etiquettes and personal hygiene.
  6. Handle customers’ feedback and complaints.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service.
  8. Stock taking, opening, and closing accounts.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a medium to high-traffic hospitality outfits.
  2. Must have adequate knowledge of restaurant’s front and back-office operations.
  3. 30 – 40 years old
  4. HND/BSc with proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel.
  5. A great team player with good leadership skills.
  6. Must have good command of English Language.
  7. Must be available to work any day of the week and be ready to work late-night.
  8. Must have a clean bill of health.

Remuneration:110,000 – ₦140,000
