The ideal candidate must be customer-centric. He/she must be a great team player and possess the ability to multi-task.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate front office operations.
- Ensure smooth processing of customers’ orders.
- Supervise attendants and cleaners for optimum performance.
- Tracks products availability and ensures an appealing display.
- Enforce front office etiquettes and personal hygiene.
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Stock taking, opening, and closing accounts.
Minimum requirements:
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a medium to high-traffic hospitality outfits.
- Must have adequate knowledge of restaurant’s front and back-office operations.
- 30 – 40 years old
- HND/BSc with proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel.
- A great team player with good leadership skills.
- Must have good command of English Language.
- Must be available to work any day of the week and be ready to work late-night.
- Must have a clean bill of health.
Remuneration: ₦110,000 – ₦140,000
