The ideal candidate must be proficient in major local and continental cuisines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare major local and continental cuisines.
- Perform kitchen prep works
- Must be able to boil, fry and grill.
- Strict adherence to recipes guidelines.
Minimum requirements:
- Five (5) years of cooking experience in a high-traffic restaurant or other reputable hospitality outfits.
- Must possess adequate culinary knowledge and skills.
- Must be creative with adept knowledge of recipes
- Must be available to work any day of the week and be ready to work late-night.
- Must have a clean bill of health.
Remuneration: ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 depending on work experience and skills.
